Ingredients
1/4tspHimalayan pink salt Use unrefined fine or coarse grain
8–10 oz Filtered water Warmnot hot for best absorption
1/2Fresh lemonoptional Juice only; helps digestion
1tspApple cider vinegaroptional Organic with “mother” for gut health
Instructions
Heat filtered water until warm (not boiling).
Pour water into a glass or mug.
Stir in 1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt until fully dissolved.
Add lemon juice and/or apple cider vinegar if desired.
Sip slowly first thing in the morning, before food or caffeine.
