1 Spoon For stirring the salt well
1 Electric Kettle Optional, for warm water
Ingredients

Himalayan pink salt Use unrefined fine or coarse grain

–10 oz Filtered water Warm
not hot for best absorption

Fresh lemon
optional Juice only; helps digestion

Apple cider vinegar
optional Organic with “mother” for gut health
Instructions
Heat filtered water until warm (not boiling).
Pour water into a glass or mug.
Stir in 1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt until fully dissolved.
Add lemon juice and/or apple cider vinegar if desired.
Sip slowly first thing in the morning, before food or caffeine.
Notes
Do
not exceed 1/4 tsp pink salt per day
unless advised by your doctor.
Always use
warm water
