Equipment

  • 1 Glass or Mug Preferably 8–10 oz size
  • 1 Spoon For stirring the salt well
  • 1 Electric Kettle Optional, for warm water

Ingredients

  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt Use unrefined fine or coarse grain
  • 8 –10 oz Filtered water Warm not hot for best absorption
  • 1/2 Fresh lemon optional Juice only; helps digestion
  • 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar optional Organic with “mother” for gut health

Instructions

  • Heat filtered water until warm (not boiling).
  • Pour water into a glass or mug.
  • Stir in 1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt until fully dissolved.
  • Add lemon juice and/or apple cider vinegar if desired.
  • Sip slowly first thing in the morning, before food or caffeine.

Notes

  • Do not exceed 1/4 tsp pink salt per day unless advised by your doctor.
  • Always use warm water, not boiling or ice-cold, to support mineral absorption.
  • Pair with a lemon balm weight loss drink or natural Mounjaro recipe for synergistic effects.
