Ingredients

  • ¼ teaspoon Himalayan Pink Salt Fine or coarse
  • 1 cup Filtered Warm Water Not boiling
  • ½ piece Fresh Lemon juiced Adds vitamin C
  • 1 teaspoon Raw Honey optional For sweetness
  • 1 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar optional For digestion support

Instructions

  • 1 Warm 1 cup of filtered water until slightly warm (not hot).
  • 2 Stir in ¼ teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt until fully dissolved.
  • 3 Add the juice from half a lemon and optional honey or apple cider vinegar.
  • 4 Mix well until smooth and drink immediately on an empty stomach.
  • 5 For summer, freeze into pink salt ice cubes and add to water or tea for hydration.

Notes

  • Use Himalayan pink salt, not table salt.
  • Drink daily in the morning for hydration and mineral balance.
