Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Unflavored gelatin Grass-fed if possible
  • 0.5 cup Pink liquid Raspberry juice hibiscus tea, or beet juice
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice or raw honey Optional for flavor and function
  • 0.5 tsp Apple cider vinegar Optional supports gut and metabolism

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan, gently heat the pink liquid until warm but not boiling.
  • Sprinkle in the unflavored gelatin while whisking continuously to avoid clumps.
  • Stir in the lemon juice, honey, or optional apple cider vinegar until fully dissolved.
  • Pour mixture into molds or a glass dish.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until set.
  • Serve chilled. Garnish with mint or berries if desired.

Notes

• You can swap honey with monk fruit or omit sweeteners for a bariatric-friendly version.
• To support memory, add 1 tsp Canaan honey.
