Instructions
(Optional) Soak oats in water overnight for creamier texture.
Add soaked oats, water or almond milk, chia seeds, cinnamon, and banana/date to a blender.
Blend on high until smooth.
Pour into a glass and add ice cubes.
Drink slowly and enjoy.
Notes
Make it warm by using hot almond milk.
Add 1 tsp cocoa powder for a chocolate version.
