- 2 cups - Shredded Cooked Chicken Rotisserie or Poached
- 1/2 cup - Red Grapes halved
- 1/4 cup - Celery finely chopped
- 1/4 cup - Chopped Pecans optional
- 1/2 cup - Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup - Greek Yogurt optional, for a healthier version
- 1 tbsp - Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp - Lemon Juice
- Salt & Pepper - to taste
Prep the Chicken: Shred your cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
