2 cups - Shredded Cooked Chicken Rotisserie or Poached 1/2 cup - Red Grapes halved 1/4 cup - Celery finely chopped 1/4 cup - Chopped Pecans optional 1/2 cup - Mayonnaise 1/4 cup - Greek Yogurt optional, for a healthier version 1 tbsp - Dijon Mustard 1 tsp - Lemon Juice Salt & Pepper - to taste
Prep the Chicken: Shred your cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
