Instructions
Prep the Chicken: Shred your cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Mix the Dressing: In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Combine the Salad: Add the shredded chicken, halved grapes, celery, and pecans to the bowl. Toss everything until evenly coated.
Chill: Let the salad sit in the fridge for at least 1 hour for the flavors to meld together.
Serve: Serve on croissants, in lettuce wraps, or on top of a bed of greens. Enjoy!
Notes
If you prefer a lighter version, you can swap half of the mayo with Greek yogurt.
