Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice Freshly squeezed preferred
  • 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar With “mother ” raw and unfiltered
  • 1/8 tsp Cayenne pepper Adjust to taste
  • 1 cup Brewed green tea Unsweetened warm
  • optional pinch Pink salt For electrolytes and hydration boost

Instructions

  • Brew the Base: Brew 1 cup of green tea and let it cool slightly.
  • Add Ingredients: Stir in lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and cayenne pepper.
  • Customize: Add a pinch of pink salt or honey (optional).
  • Drink: Consume warm each morning on an empty stomach, 30 minutes before breakfast.

Notes

For a Brazilian variation, replace green tea with ½ cup pineapple juice, ½ tsp grated ginger, and fresh mint leaves.
Avoid metal cups, acidity from vinegar and lemon may react with metal.
Best consumed in the morning, but can also be taken before lunch for appetite control.
