Ingredients

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine shredded coconut and graham cracker crumbs.
  • Add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract. Mix until sticky and fully combined.
  • Fold in chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  • Cover the bowl and chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • Roll chilled mixture into 1-inch balls. If sticky, use gloves or lightly oil your hands.
  • Optional: Roll in extra coconut or cocoa powder for coating.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer until ready to enjoy.
