Ingredients

  • 1 can Tuna in water Drained well
  • 1 tbsp Mustard or mayo Mustard preferred
  • 1 tbsp Relish or pickles Finely chopped
  • 1 Celery stalk Finely chopped
  • Salt & pepper To taste
  • 0.5 Avocado optional For healthy fat and creaminess
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice opt. Adds freshness

Instructions

  • Drain the Tuna
  • Open the can of tuna and drain out all the liquid thoroughly.
  • Chop Fresh Ingredients
  • Dice the celery, and any extras like pickles, onions, or avocado.
  • Mix Everything Together
  • In a bowl, combine tuna, mustard (or mayo), relish, chopped celery, salt, and pepper. Add any extras you like.
  • Serve & Enjoy
  • Spoon into lettuce wraps, over toast, in a pita, or straight from the bowl.
