- 1 can 15 oz Chickpeas – Drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup Dried Cranberries – Unsweetened preferred
- 1/3 cup Nuts Walnuts, Almonds, or Pecans – Chopped or whole
- 1/4 cup Red Onion – Thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup Feta Cheese Optional – Crumbled
- Dressing Ingredients:
