Ingredients
  

  • Base Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon dried lemon balm or a handful of fresh leaves
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon honey or stevia
  • Optional Add-Ins:
  • 3 slices fresh ginger
  • 1 green tea bag
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • A few mint or cucumber slices
  • Pinch of cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Boil Water
  • Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a small pot or kettle.
  • Steep Lemon Balm
  • Place lemon balm in a tea infuser or mug. Pour hot water over it and let steep for 10–15 minutes, covered.
  • Add Boosters
  • Remove leaves or tea bag. Stir in lemon juice and any add-ins like honey, ACV, or ginger.
  • Serve
  • Enjoy hot or chill in the fridge and serve over ice for a cold version.
  • Optional Cold-Brew Method
  • Combine all ingredients in cold water and steep in the fridge for 8–12 hours.
