- Base Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon dried lemon balm or a handful of fresh leaves
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Optional: 1 teaspoon honey or stevia
- Optional Add-Ins:
- 3 slices fresh ginger
- 1 green tea bag
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- A few mint or cucumber slices
- Pinch of cinnamon
Boil Water
Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a small pot or kettle.
Steep Lemon Balm
Place lemon balm in a tea infuser or mug. Pour hot water over it and let steep for 10–15 minutes, covered.
