  • 1 Teapot or Mason Jar For steeping and serving
  • 1 Strainer To remove herb leaves

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh lemon balm or use 2 tsp dried lemon balm
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 0.5 tsp grated ginger fresh is best
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar optional for added fat-burning
  • 1 –2 cups filtered water warm or cold
  • 1 stevia or raw honey optional to taste

Instructions

  • Tear or crush lemon balm leaves to release natural oils.
  • Add to teapot or mason jar and pour hot (not boiling) water over them.
  • Steep for 10 minutes, then strain into your serving glass.
  • Stir in lemon juice, ginger, and apple cider vinegar.
  • Add natural sweetener if desired. Serve warm or chilled.
  • Drink in the morning or before meals for best results.

Notes

This lemon balm drink for weight loss is best consumed daily, ideally on an empty stomach or 30 minutes before meals. For added benefit, pair it with a pink salt diet or natural Mounjaro drink.
