Ingredients

  • 4 frozen burritos choose beef, chicken, or vegetarian
  • 1 can 15 oz enchilada sauce (red or green)
  • 2 cups shredded cheese cheddar, Mexican blend, or pepper jack
  • 1 cup sour cream for topping, optional
  • Salsa or guacamole for serving, optional
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish, optional
  • Optional toppings: jalapeños hot sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Place the frozen burritos in the baking dish, placing them side by side.
  • Pour the enchilada sauce evenly over the burritos.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top.
  • Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
  • Top with sour cream, salsa, guacamole, or cilantro if desired.
