10 g Dong Quai Angelica Sinensis Sliced 10 g Ginseng American or Korean Whole or sliced 8 Red Dates pitted - Softened in water 1 tbsp Goji Berries Rinsed 1 small piece Ginger Sliced 1 Black Chicken or Free-Range Chicken Cut into pieces 1.5 L Water Filtered Salt To taste Optional
