Ingredients

  • 1 cup Brewed Coffee cold Use cold brew or chilled coffee
  • ¾ cup Milk Any milk works dairy or non-dairy
  • cups Ice Crushed for smoother texture
  • 3 tbsp Caramel Syrup Use Starbucks caramel syrup for authentic flavor
  • 1 tbsp Sugar Optional for extra sweetness

Instructions

  • Brew & Chill: Prepare 1 cup of strong coffee and chill it for at least 1 hour.
  • Blend: Add cold coffee, milk, caramel syrup, sugar, and ice to a blender. Blend on medium-high for 25–30 seconds until frothy and smooth.
  • Taste & Adjust: Sweeten or thin as desired by adding more syrup or milk.
  • Serve: Drizzle caramel inside a chilled glass, pour the mixture in, and top with whipped cream.
  • Finish: Add extra caramel drizzle and enjoy immediately.

Notes

For a light version, use unsweetened almond milk and skip whipped cream.
Add a pinch of sea salt for a salted caramel twist.
You can also replace coffee with decaf or milk for a caffeine-free version.
Freeze leftovers in ice cube trays and re-blend later for instant frappuccino refreshers
