Instructions
Step 1:
Add 1 teaspoon of raw Canaan honey to a small glass bowl.
Step 2:
Add ½ teaspoon of ground black seed powder (or 4–5 drops of black seed oil).
Step 3:
Add a few drops of lemon juice and mix thoroughly with the spoon until smooth.
Step 4:
Let sit for 5 minutes at room temperature (optional for ingredient synergy).
Step 5:
Take the full mixture 30 minutes before bed on an empty stomach. Do not eat or drink afterward.
