Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Canaan honey Raw unpasteurized, from a trusted source
  • ½ tsp Black seed powder Ground fresh or use black seed oil
  • Few drops Lemon juice Freshly squeezed

Instructions

  • Step 1:
  • Add 1 teaspoon of raw Canaan honey to a small glass bowl.
  • Step 2:
  • Add ½ teaspoon of ground black seed powder (or 4–5 drops of black seed oil).
  • Step 3:
  • Add a few drops of lemon juice and mix thoroughly with the spoon until smooth.
  • Step 4:
  • Let sit for 5 minutes at room temperature (optional for ingredient synergy).
  • Step 5:
  • Take the full mixture 30 minutes before bed on an empty stomach. Do not eat or drink afterward.

Notes

For enhanced effects, pair with a calming bedtime routine.
For vision support, add a pinch of saffron or fennel seed tea.
