- 3-4 anchovy fillets finely chopped or 1 tsp anchovy paste
- 2 large egg yolks pasteurized or substitute with mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Prepare Ingredients:
