  • 1/4 teaspoon Baking soda Aluminum-free recommended
  • 1/2 medium Lemon Freshly squeezed juice
  • 1 teaspoon Raw honey Optional for flavor & health

Instructions

  • Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into a glass.
  • Slowly add baking soda. Let it fizz.
  • Stir in warm water.
