Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Dried butterfly pea flower About 5–6 flowers
  • 1 cup Hot water Just below boiling
  • 1/2 whole Lemon Juiced
  • 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar Must be raw with “the mother”
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon or Ginger Optional for added warmth and fat-burning boost

Instructions

  • Boil 1 cup of water and pour over the dried butterfly pea flowers in a teacup.
  • Let steep for 5–7 minutes until the water turns deep blue.
  • Strain out the flowers.
  • Add freshly squeezed lemon juice, the color will shift to purple.
  • Stir in apple cider vinegar. Add optional cinnamon or ginger for flavor and extra benefits.
  • Sip slowly on an empty stomach each morning.

Notes

This drink works best when consumed daily on an empty stomach. To save time, you can prep butterfly pea tea in advance and refrigerate, then add lemon and vinegar fresh each morning. For best results, pair with light morning activity like stretching or a short walk.
