Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 tsp Blue spirulina powder or 1 tbsp butterfly pea flower tea
  • 1 cup Filtered water or herbal tea e.g., chamomile
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice fresh-squeezed
  • 3 –5 leaves Mint fresh
  • 1 tsp Honey or stevia optional to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Chia seeds optional for fiber boost

Instructions
 

  • Steep butterfly pea flower in hot water for 5–7 minutes or stir blue spirulina powder into water until fully dissolved.
  • Add lemon juice and mint leaves.
  • Stir in natural sweetener and chia seeds if desired.
  • Serve over ice and enjoy immediately.

Notes

  • Use high-quality blue spirulina for vibrant color and best results.
  • Lemon juice may cause butterfly pea tea to shift from blue to purpl, it’s normal and beautiful!
  • Great as a pre-workout drink or morning detox refresher.
