- 1/2 tsp Blue spirulina powder or 1 tbsp butterfly pea flower tea
- 1 cup Filtered water or herbal tea e.g., chamomile
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice fresh-squeezed
- 3 –5 leaves Mint fresh
- 1 tsp Honey or stevia optional to taste
- 1/2 tsp Chia seeds optional for fiber boost
Steep butterfly pea flower in hot water for 5–7 minutes or stir blue spirulina powder into water until fully dissolved.
Add lemon juice and mint leaves.
Stir in natural sweetener and chia seeds if desired.
Serve over ice and enjoy immediately.
