Instructions
Step 1: Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Step 2: Cook the Beef
1️⃣ Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2️⃣ Add ground beef and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
3️⃣ Stir in diced onion and cook for 2 more minutes.
4️⃣ Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
5️⃣ Drain excess grease.
Step 3: Make the Big Mac Sauce
1️⃣ In a mixing bowl, whisk together: mayo, ketchup, mustard, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and pickle relish.
2️⃣ Set aside for later.
Step 4: Assemble the Casserole
1️⃣ Spread the beef mixture evenly in the baking dish.
2️⃣ Drizzle half of the Big Mac sauce over the beef.
3️⃣ Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
4️⃣ Arrange tater tots in a single layer over the cheese.
Step 5: Bake the Casserole
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
Step 6: Add Toppings & Serve
1️⃣ Drizzle the remaining Big Mac sauce over the casserole.
2️⃣ Sprinkle with chopped pickles and sesame seeds.
3️⃣ Let it rest for 5 minutes, then serve & enjoy! 🍔
