Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Unflavored grass-fed gelatin Main protein base
  • ½ cup Cold water To bloom gelatin

Instructions

  • Bloom Gelatin: Sprinkle gelatin over ½ cup cold water. Let sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
  • Heat Liquid: Warm 1 cup tea (lemon balm or green tea). Stir in lemon juice, honey, and pink salt.
  • Combine: Pour hot tea mixture over bloomed gelatin. Whisk until smooth and dissolved.
  • Pour: Transfer mixture into ramekins or molds.
  • Chill: Refrigerate 3–4 hours until firm.
  • Serve: Enjoy before meals or bedtime to activate the “gelatin trick” for weight loss.

Notes

For a vegan bariatric gelatin recipe, swap gelatin for 1 tsp agar-agar powder and simmer for 1 minute before chilling. Use the same base recipe and flavorings.
