Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas mashed
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup sugar
  • cups self-raising flour

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
  • In a bowl, mash bananas
  • Mix in eggs and sugar
  • Gently fold in self-raising flour
  • Pour into greased 9x5” loaf pan
  • Bake for 45–55 minutes
  • Cool, slice, and enjoy
