  • 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar Raw unfiltered, with the “mother”
  • 1/2 Lemon juiced Freshly squeezed
  • 1 pinch Ground ginger Or cinnamon or cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup Water Warm or cold filtered
  • 1/2 tsp Raw honey optional For sweetness

Instructions
 

  • In a glass, combine 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar and the juice of half a lemon.
  • Add a pinch of ground ginger (or cinnamon/cayenne).
  • Pour in 1 cup of filtered water (warm or cold).
  • Stir well and drink immediately.
